
Seven girls who were interested in robotics established team RGB in 2018, the first team of the High School GALA robotics program. Team RGB competes in the FIRST Tech Challenge, and advanced to the regional competition in their first year. Throughout the season, the students enjoy supporting each other as they face the many rewarding challenges robotics has to offer.

Team RGB won first place inspire award at the interleague competition and advanced to the regional competition of the 2019-2020 season.

Team RGB won the Judge's Choice Award at the California SoCal Championship for the 2021-2022 season.
Second Place
Team RGB won second place for the Promote award at the California SoCal Qualifier for the 2021-2022 season.
Winning alliance
Team RGB was the second team selected, and had the honor of being part of the winning alliance at the California SoCal Qualifier for the 2021-2022 season.



For the 2021-2022 season, Team RGB competed in the FIRST Tech Challenge's Power Play. This year's robot features mecanum wheels for strafing, a claw for picking up cones, a servo block for rotating the claw, color and distance sensors to sense the custom sleeve and surroundings, and a linear slide arm to raise the claw!
