GALA Robotics
Gala Robotics is an all-girls robotics program at Girls Academic Leadership Academy, based in Los Angeles, California. Each year, our middle and high school teams design, construct, and program a robot from scratch and compete in the FIRST LEGO League Challenge and the FIRST Tech Challenge.
Engineering
Girls learn to design and build a robot from scratch.
Programming
Girls learn to code robots using C and Java-based programming.
Communication
Girls learn communication skills by both working with a team and reaching out to the community.
Business
Girls learn how to budget and raise funds for the team.
